What is GYRL?
GYRL is a community, designed by gym girls, for gym girls 💪
We created GYRL after being tired of a male dominated industry which doesn't understand the issues girls face in the gym.

What do GYRL grips do?
Our grips were made after we were sick of rough, calloused hands from lifting (but still wanted to lift heavy!).
GYRL grips cover the areas of your hands where callouses form and protects them, whilst aiding your grip strength for those heavy lifts.

How do you wash them?
Just hot water and a bit of soap! Super easy so you can keep them clean from sweat and gym dirt.
Why don't I just buy gloves?
We also used gloves! But they didn't help our grip strength (and looked a bit ridiculous).
We designed GYRL grips to stop callouses AND aid your grip strength, with a minimal, sleek design.
